Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Prateeksha retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Project Terms
- Proposals & Agreements: All project work is governed by a separate proposal or service agreement that outlines scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Revisions: The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client input may affect project timelines.
- Third-Party Services: We may recommend or integrate third-party tools, apps, or services. Prateeksha is not responsible for the terms, pricing, or functionality of third-party platforms.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
- A deposit is typically required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation:
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Any materials or deliverables completed will be provided to the client upon settlement of outstanding payments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prateeksha Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:
- The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Any specific business results, rankings, or revenue outcomes will be achieved through our services.
We do, however, commit to delivering high-quality work as outlined in our project agreements and to addressing any bugs or issues within the agreed support period.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, login credentials, customer data, and any information marked as confidential.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prateeksha Web Design, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
